We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request that you provide us with ample notice to accommodate other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge equivalent to half of your appointment fee.

In the event of a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the full appointment fee will be charged. Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a late cancellation fee equivalent to half of the appointment cost will apply. Please consider potential traffic delays and plan your arrival accordingly.

By booking an appointment with Live Gorgeously Brows, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our cancellation policy. We appreciate your cooperation.

 At Live Gorgeously Brows, we strive for excellence in every procedure we perform. However, it's important to note that each individual's skin type may react differently to our services. While we aim for perfection, some clients may require additional touch-ups due to factors such as overly dry or oily skin.

Please understand that due to the personalized nature of our services and the variability in individual skin types, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

For the safety and well-being of both our clients and staff, we have implemented a strict sick policy. We do not see clients who are sick or sunburned, as this poses potential health risks and is in violation of state health regulations.

If you arrive at your appointment showing signs of illness or sunburn, we will consider it a cancellation outside of the 24-hour window, and you will be charged half of the appointment cost. You will then be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
